Melodizon provides digital marketing, content creation, marketing strategy, and related creative services for musicians and small businesses, along with any tools or products offered on our website.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to purchase from us. By using our services you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share any content you submit.

Prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by our third-party processor, Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown, including recurring charges for retainers and subscriptions until you cancel. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.

We deliver services remotely within the timelines described for each package. Timely delivery depends on you providing the materials, access, approvals, and information we need. Delays caused by missing input from you may extend delivery times.

You keep ownership of the music, brand assets, and materials you provide. You grant us a limited license to use them only as needed to perform the services you purchased, including running advertising on platforms such as Meta on your behalf. You confirm you have all rights and permissions to the content you give us, and you are responsible for complying with the rules of any third-party platform we work with for you.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, infringe others' rights, or use our services for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or end service for violations.

Our services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee streams, followers, views, placements, reach, sales, or any specific result, and nothing on our site should be read as such a promise.

The Melodizon name, logo, site, and original materials are owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

We rely on third-party platforms such as Stripe, Meta, and others. Their performance and availability are outside our control, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

You agree to cover any claims, losses, or costs arising from content you provide to us or from your breach of these Terms.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version, and continued use after changes means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
